TL;DR: We're looking for a creative Social Media Coordinator (2+ years of experience) for a UK-based heavy-duty cleaning products company serving trade professionals across the UK. You'll be the person who brings the brand to life online creating scroll-stopping content, engaging with our audience, and turning tough industrial products into social media gold. Perfect for someone who loves juggling multiple platforms, can make even cleaning products look exciting, and gets genuine satisfaction from watching engagement numbers rise.
Role type: Full-time role (40 hours per week), Fully-remote, 2:00pm 11:00pm (IST)
Salary range: 6L - 8L per year (depending on experience)
What you'll do:
- Create and schedule content that makes people actually want to stop scrolling (yes, even for industrial cleaning products!)
- Keep all our social channels buzzing with posts that feel professional, powerful, and maybe a little cheeky
- Be the friendly face responding to comments and DMs, making sure everyone feels heard (and know when to loop in the team for the tricky stuff)
- Work with designers to cook up eye-catching visuals, graphics, and those snappy short videos everyone loves
- Weave influencer content and paid campaigns into your organic posts so smoothly that no one can tell where one ends and the other begins
- Dig into the numbers to figure out what's making people engage and what's not quite hitting the mark
- Join the post-campaign huddles and use what you learned to make the next one even better
- Keep your content calendar organised
Who we're looking for:
Someone with 2+ years of experience who has the following skills and traits:
- Platform pro: You know Meta Business Suite like the back of your hand, and you're comfortable jumping between TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and whatever platform becomes cool next week
- Content creator at heart: You can write captions that make people care, spot a great visual opportunity, and aren't afraid to experiment with video content
- Organised multitasker: You've got multiple campaigns on the go and somehow never miss a deadline or double-book a post
- Numbers nerd (in the best way): You actually enjoy looking at analytics and can translate reach went up 23% into here's what we should do differently
- Brand guardian: You get what makes the brand special and can keep that vibe consistent across everything you post
- Team player: You're great at working with designers, marketers, and anyone else who can help make the content better
Bonus points if you have:
- B2B marketing experience: You understand that selling to trade professionals is a whole different ball game
- Design chops: You can whip up something in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite without needing to wait for the design team
- Industry sector experience: You've worked with retail, industrial, or builder merchants before and get their world
Application process:
- Discovery call - to understand your motivations
- Technical task & discussion - to evaluate your key skills for this role.
- Final interview with client
