What You'll Do
- Craft & Execute a 3-month content calendar across Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest
- Produce Engaging Visuals: photos, Reels, Stories, short-form videos with our samples & gimbal
- Travel & Create: spend 13 weeks in Rishikesh capturing immersive, heritage-rich content
- Grow Organically: engage daily, partner with micro-influencers, amplify user-generated posts
- Analyze & Optimize: track weekly metrics (followers, reach, engagement) and refine strategy
- Collaborate with our team on briefs, feedback, and brand storytelling
Who You Are
- Social media experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or wellness
- A true lover of yoga & Indian heritageyour passion shines through everything you post
- Proven success growing organic audiences (please share examples or case studies)
- Skilled in videography & photography (gimbals/smartphones)
- A creative, outside-the-box thinker eager to pioneer fresh formats
- Self-starter: plan, shoot, edit, and publish with minimal oversight
- Comfortable traveling to and living in Rishikesh for content retreats
- Proficient with Canva and video-editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong English communication; basic Hindi is a plus
- Excited to grow alongside Shanti Chola as we scale
