Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can blend content creation with research-driven insights to support our marketing efforts. This role is crucial in shaping narratives for our uniquely themed townships across India.

Key Responsibilities
. Conduct market research on real estate trends, competitors, and audience behaviour
. Assist in content creation for social media, blogs, and marketing materials
. Develop storytelling concepts based on township themes and target audiences
. Support social media managers with content ideas and strategy inputs
. Create engaging written content (captions, blogs, scripts, presentations)
. Identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable content ideas


Job Expectations:
