We are looking for acreative and results-driven Social Media Content & Posting Specialistwho can plan, write, and coordinate engaging content across multiple social media platforms.

This role is not about simply publishing posts. The objective is tocreate meaningful engagement, brand awareness, and audience interactionthrough well-thought-out social media content.

The candidate will work closely with ourgraphics/design team and product teamto ensure posts are visually appealing, informative, and engaging.

Location:Remote India

Industry:E-commerce / Furniture B2B and B2C

Compensation:Rs.15-30K / Month

Options:Part Time

Level:Senior with strong experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Content Creation

Write engaging, original content for social media platforms including:

Facebook,Instagram,Google Business Profile (GMB),LinkedIn,TikTok,Pinterest

2. Content Planning & Publishing

- Plan and maintain a consistent social media posting calendar.

- Ensure posts are scheduled at optimal times for engagement.

- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions, product launches, and announcements.

3. Collaboration with Graphics Team

-Work closely with the graphics/design team to communicate the visual requirements for posts.

- Clearly articulate the creative direction for graphics, reels, short videos, or carousels.

- Ensure visual content aligns with the messaging and objective of the post.

4. Engagement-Focused Strategy

- Create posts designed to spark conversations and audience interaction.

- Use storytelling, questions, polls, hooks, and trending formats to increase engagement.

- Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.

(Note: Direct responses to customer questions and inquiries will be handled by the product team.)

5. Performance Tracking

Track and analyze post performance including

Reach,Engagement rate,Shares,Comments,Click-throughs

Required Skills

  • Strongcontent writing and storytelling ability
  • Understanding ofsocial media algorithms and engagement techniques
  • Experience creating posts formultiple social platforms
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and marketing teams
  • Understanding ofcontent formats such as reels, carousels, short videos, and visual storytelling
  • Basic knowledge ofhashtags, captions, hooks, and social trends
