Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to work directly with the founder in building Anthro's brand presence from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role that combines:
- Content creation
- Social media execution
- Performance marketing
- Creative experimentation
You will be responsible for taking ideas from concept → creation → publishing → performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Understanding & Content Strategy
- Deeply understand Anthro's brand philosophy, positioning, and voice
- Translate brand identity into engaging, consistent content
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with launch goals
2. Content Creation (Core Responsibility)
- Collaborate daily with the founder to ideate and create content
- Produce a mix of: Short-form video content (Reels, etc.), static visuals and graphics
- Be strong in AI-generated imagery and creative assets: ChatGPT, Sora, Google Gemini, Claude
- Experiment with different formats and storytelling styles
- Continuously improve content quality and engagement
3. Social Media Execution
- Manage and post content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
- Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and frequency in captions and structure of posts
- Find ways to maximize engagement
4. Performance Marketing
- Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns (primarily on Meta platforms)
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions
- Test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve performance
5. Analytics & Optimisation
- Track content and campaign performance
- Derive insights from data and iterate quickly to enable scale
- Continuously refine the content and marketing strategy
What We're Looking For
- A real Social Media & Content Marketing specialist and all-rounder!
- Strong interest in content creation and social media
- Ability to both create and execute, not just plan
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
- Strong ability in AI-based content generation tools
- Experience (or strong willingness to learn) performance marketing and ads
- Strong understanding of social media trends and formats
- Ability to work closely with the founder in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- High ownership mindset and willingness to experiment
