About us
The Green Way runs three sustainable brands out of Delhi — and each one looks and sounds completely different by design. NBYO is Gen Z streetwear built around refusing categorisation: raw, typographic, Delhi-street, gender-neutral, GOTS organic cotton, packaged in a blank canvas tote with natural paint. ELIIUS is quiet luxury: restrained, sensory, limited-batch garments named after Stoic virtues. Scope3 is our B2B sustainability consultancy: corporate, credible, ESG-literate, supplying sustainable apparel and advisory to Indian institutions. Three radically different aesthetics, three radically different voices, one team.
The role
You'll own social media content across all three brands end-to-end — concepting, designing, writing, posting. This is a hands-on creator role: you'll spend most of your time inside design tools building carousels, static posts, and supporting brand collateral. The hardest part of this job is not volume — it's switching aesthetics cleanly. NBYO's raw streetwear visual system, ELIIUS's quiet luxury restraint, and Scope3's corporate ESG credibility are three different design languages, and we need you to hold all three without bleeding one into the other. You'll work directly with the founder and the design team. We don't do live-action shoots with budget, we don't do founder-facing content, and we don't do greenwashing. Carousels are our primary format. Reels happen occasionally, not weekly.
Why this role is different
Most social media designers have one default aesthetic they fall back on — usually the one their last brand used. This role asks the opposite. In a single week, you might design a raw, strikethrough-typography drop announcement for NBYO, a minimalist sensory product story for ELIIUS, and a BRSR-compliance LinkedIn carousel for Scope3. Each one needs to look like it came from a different studio. If you can do that — keep three visual identities clean and distinct without one polluting the others — you'll do well here. If you tend to develop one signature style and apply it everywhere, this isn't the right role.
What you'll do
• Design and write 15+ posts per month each for NBYO and ELIIUS, plus 4 posts per month for Scope3 (LinkedIn).
• Build and maintain three distinct visual systems — typography, colour, layout, restraint — and execute consistently within each.
• Produce supporting design assets when needed: hangtags, packaging inserts, lookbook pages, retail collateral for Brown Living and Greenr.
• Write copy that matches each brand's voice (we'll share voice guides for all three).
• Edit occasional reels when we shoot them (drop launches, packaging moments, UGC).
• Run the influencer barter pipeline — outreach, shortlisting, shipment coordination.
• Manage community DMs and comments across both D2C brands.
• Coordinate with our Greenr café marketing POC for retail-tied content.
• Track what's working, report monthly, and tell us honestly when something isn't.
What we need
• 2+ years doing social media content for D2C, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Figma or Canva. Photoshop for retouching and product compositing, CorelDRAW for print-ready files (hangtags, packaging, retail collateral), Figma/Canva for social systems.
• Strong typography sense, layout discipline, and visual restraint. This role is at least 50% design.
• Demonstrated ability to design and write for multiple distinct brand identities at the same time — your portfolio should show at least two clearly different aesthetics you've owned.
• A portfolio that shows both: well-designed posts AND copy you've personally written.
• Comfortable producing 30+ designed posts per month at consistent quality.
• Working knowledge of Notion, Reels editing (CapCut or similar), and basic photography for product flatlays.
• Bonus: experience with sustainable, slow-fashion, or premium brands; barter/influencer programs; B2B/LinkedIn content; or print production work.
What we don't need
• Someone who needs a brief for every post.
• Someone whose portfolio is only Canva templates, or whose work all looks the same regardless of brand.
• Someone who writes embrace your authentic self copy.
• Someone who'll add nature overlays to product shots.
