Our platform streamlines content workflows by providing tools for planning, approvals, publishing, and analytics. Tailored for India's dynamic creator ecosystem, Poststack empowers users to manage social media operations efficiently. We're in beta, growing fast, and backed by API integrations with Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. You'll work directly with the founder — no managers, no approvals chain.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media & Content Intern. Pure content - creation & strategy. You write, you shoot, you edit, you design, you post. Every day. The content strategy exists, your job is to execute at speed and bring your own ideas to the table. Speed over polish. A good post today beats a perfect post next week.

What You'll Do

Write scripts for Reels, talking heads, explainers, and trend reactions. Hook in 2 seconds or it doesn't ship. Record videos on camera or behind it (with the founder). Set up simple shoots, capture product demos, get it done. Speed edit in CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, whatever you're fastest in. Turnaround on a Reel is hours, not days. Design carousels and stories in Canva that stop the scroll. Generate content ideas constantly — formats, series, hooks, reactive plays. You pitch, not just execute. AI is your friend, only IF you know how to use it. Use AI tools across everything ranging from ideation, copy, repurposing, image gen, workflows. If you're not already using AI daily, this might not be for you, but it can be.

What You Need

• Obsessed with short-form content (doom scrolling), you study what works and can explain why. Scriptwriting chops - 30 seconds, hook to CTA.
• Fast editing skills - the tool doesn't matter, the speed does.
• Comfortable on camera or directing someone who is.
• Canva proficiency.
• Crazy about AI - always finding new tools, always experimenting.
• Write in English and Hinglish - internet-native, not textbook.
• Based in Mumbai.
