We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and brand-building, with a strong ability to create content that drives engagement and growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation- Plan, create, and publish original content (images, videos, reels, graphics, captions, stories).
- Develop platform-specific content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
- Write compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and messaging.
Social Media Strategy- Contribute ideas to content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with trending topics, memes, and platform features to integrate into brand content.
- Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Brand Consistency- Ensure all visuals and messaging are consistent with brand guidelines and tone.
- Maintain a cohesive look and feel across all social media channels.
Community Engagement- Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries.
- Support community-building efforts and increase audience interaction.
Analytics & Reporting- Track the performance of posts using analytics tools.
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on insights and engagement metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong skills in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Basic knowledge of photography/videography is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in digital marketing or content strategy.
- Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
