Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Brand Content Production- Womaara (Wellness): Produce relatable, science-backed short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and educational carousels focusing on women's health, nutrition, and lifestyle.
- SJ Sangath (Real Estate): Create high-production-value content showcasing site progress, green building features (water/energy conservation), luxury interiors, and Legacy storytelling.
- Scripting & Editing: Take full ownership of the production cycle—from writing catchy hooks and scripts to filming on-site and editing with trending transitions.
2. Platform Management & Strategy- Maintain distinct Vibes for each brand:
- Womaara: Vibrant, empathetic, community-driven, and minimalist.
- SJ Sangath: Professional, trustworthy, grand, and eco-conscious.
- Manage content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook across the group.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms to ensure maximum organic reach.
3. Community & Influencer Coordination- Engage with followers across both brands to build community trust.
- Coordinate with wellness influencers for Womaara and architectural/lifestyle photographers for SJ Sangath.
Skills & Qualifications- Experience: 2–4 years in professional content creation. Agency experience is a plus, as it shows you can handle multiple clients/brands simultaneously.
- Technical Toolkit: * Video: Expert-level mobile editing (CapCut/InShot) or desktop (Premiere Pro/Final Cut).
- Design: Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Spark.
- Equipment: Comfort using DSLRs/Gimbals or high-end mobile cinematography tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to switch brand voices instantly—from clinical and caring to corporate and visionary.
- On-Site Agility: Willingness to travel between the office and various real estate project sites (GIFT City, Motera, Chandkheda) for shoots.
