Role Description
Hiring a creative, camera-confident Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes content. This is a hybrid, on-site role where you'll regularly visit our store to shoot videos, create reels, and bring our brand to life on social media.
You'll plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and more, while shaping our online personality through trend-driven storytelling
Key Responsibilities
- Visit the store to create regular video & photo content (reels, stories, posts)
- Plan and execute creative content ideas, campaigns, and trends
- Write engaging captions and short-form copy aligned with the brand voice
- Edit videos and visuals optimized for social media platforms
- Manage and post content consistently across social channels
- Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize content for growth
- Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactions
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain a cohesive aesthetic
Qualifications
- Strong skills in social media content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling
- Hands-on experience with reels, short-form videos, and trend-based content
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and photography
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and attention to detail
- Passion for fashion, retail, or lifestyle content (big plus!)
- Ability to stay updated with trends and adapt quickly
- Background in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field is preferredbut talent matters more than degrees
