This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Content Creator, based in the Mohali district, with flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Content Creator will manage and grow The Decor Circle's online presence through engaging and innovative content. Responsibilities include creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms, monitoring engagement metrics, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with the brand's identity and objectives.

• Strong skills in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Digital Storytelling
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Video Editing tools
• Understanding of Digital Marketing Strategies and Social Media Analytics
• Experience in Copywriting and Caption Development
• Excellent creative thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt content strategies to enhance audience engagement
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
• Prior experience in luxury home decor or retail industry is highly desirable
