What You'll Do

In-House Video: Shoot and edit raw, aesthetic, behind-the-scenes content on your phone (Reels/Shorts).

Creative Ideation: Pitch fresh ideas and hijack trending audios/formats weekly.

Scheduling: Keep our content calendar organized and moving.

ORM & Engagement: Reply to comments/DMs instantly and engage with industry accounts to grow our community.

What We're Looking For

Obsessed with Instagram, LinkedIn, and current trends.

Knows how to make everyday hustle look cinematic on a phone.

Skilled in mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot).

Proactive, sharp communicator who doesn't wait for instructions.
