Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Social Media Content Creator for an on-site role in Noida (Sector 62).

You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating high-performing content, and managing brand presence across platforms. The role includes crafting visually appealing posts, reels, and videos, tracking engagement metrics, researching trends, and continuously optimizing content for maximum reach and impact.

You'll also collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas that drive visibility, engagement, and brand authority.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation
• Ability to create engaging visual and written content
• Knowledge of Social Media Strategy, Analytics, and Trend Analysis
• Hands-on experience with Graphic Design and Video Editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube
• Ability to track and analyze engagement metrics to improve performance
• Excellent communication skills and creative thinking
• Understanding of Digital Marketing and Brand Strategy is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (preferred)
