This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Kozhikode. The Social Media Content Creator will manage Stayroute Ventures social media accounts, curate engaging content, and design innovative campaigns. Responsibilities include creating visually appealing multimedia content, writing compelling captions, scheduling posts, engaging with the online audience, tracking analytics, and staying current with trends and social media marketing strategies. Collaboration with the marketing team for consistent branding and messaging across platforms is key.

• Content creation, visual storytelling, and proficient use of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or other similar platforms.
• Experience in social media management, campaign creation, and scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Knowledge of social media trends, platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and analytics tools to measure performance and engagement.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for creating engaging captions and posts that align with the brand's voice and messaging.
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changes in social media trends.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse audience and contribute to cross-functional teams.
• Background in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related fields is an asset.
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry will be considered an advantage.
