We're looking for a fun, sharp, full-of-ideas Content Creator to join us as a strong individual contributor. As an award-winning design agency with a very clearly defined culture (yes, vibes matter here), this role is for someone who can take ownership and actually build things not just brainstorm and disappear. Around 70% of your time will go into creating and executing content thinking in reels, scripts, hooks, trends, storytelling, and bringing ideas to life consistently. The other 30% will focus on strategy, planning, and collaborating closely with the team to make sure what we're putting out actually makes sense for the brand.
This is perfect for someone who enjoys structure but also knows how to have fun with creativity someone who can take responsibility, move fast, and genuinely enjoys being hands-on.
Here's where you come in:
- Creating a strong presence across various social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and others, where you actively engage with your community and share compelling content.
- You can independently research, conceptualise, and produce content, comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
- You're always in the know about the latest trends and developments in the category of content you create.
- Must have fluent spoken English and Hindi skills
- Having a background in communications, marketing, or digital media would be advantageous.
Requirements
- At least 10k followers on Instagram or equivalent platform, with proven audience engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in shooting high-quality content (portfolio/Instagram ID required).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, platform trends, and audience behavior.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines.
- A creative thinker who can translate ideas into compelling visual stories
