Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Social Media Content Creator for our Noida office. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency. Daily tasks include creating engaging posts, building innovative campaigns, monitoring social media trends, interacting with followers, and analyzing content performance to optimize strategies and boost audience engagement. Collaboration with the marketing and design teams is an integral part of this role to align content with the company's overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Content Creation and Copywriting skills with experience in producing engaging and compelling social media posts
- Strong understanding of Social Media Management and Content Strategy to drive follower engagement and expand reach
- Experience with basic Graphic Design tools and Social Media Analytics platforms
- Knowledge of Social Media Trends and a keen ability to adapt to evolving digital platforms
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the education industry or working with students is an added advantage
