Indian Startup School (ISS) is India's leading 6-week, immersive startup bootcamp located in Gurugram, designed to turn entrepreneurial ideas into fundable ventures. Through its core pillars Educate, Incubate, and Invest ISS offers founders structured learning on crucial startup phases such as idea validation, MVP development, and investor pitching. The program concludes with the Value Pitch Day, connecting startups with leading investors, as evidenced by its inaugural cohort's 55 Crore in soft commitments. ISS fosters a vibrant community of founders, professionals, and SMB owners equipped with resources, workshops, and coaching to launch and scale successful ventures, driving impactful innovation across sectors.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content aligned with ISS's brand, managing social media platforms, and growing online presence by producing videos, graphics, and written posts. The individual will be tasked with analyzing performance metrics, developing content strategies, and actively engaging with the audience to build and nurture the online community.

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, including platform-specific best practices, scheduling, and content calendars
• Strong content creation skills, including Copywriting, Graphic Designing, and Video/Photo Editing
• Knowledge of Analytics and Social Media Metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns
• Understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals and audience engagement strategies
• Self-motivated, digitally savvy, and passionate about startups and entrepreneurship
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields is preferred
• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar technologies is a plus
