Role Description

The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging content for various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating, curating, and scheduling posts, designing visual assets, writing compelling captions, managing social media calendars, and analysing performance metrics to optimize content strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design teams, to ensure cohesive messaging is also part of the responsibilities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in social media content creation, post scheduling, and audience engagement techniques
• Skills in graphic design, photo editing, and video creation for online platforms
• Understanding of platform algorithms and experience with social media analytics tools
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for creating captivating captions and posts
• Knowledge of branding and audience targeting strategies for Gem & Jewellery Industry
• An ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices
• Team collaboration skills and an ability to work effectively with marketing and creative departments
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in social media or digital content creation is a plus
• Strong public speaking skills, and confident, elegant body language as you might also appear in Content.
