Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Jaipur. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content for social media platforms, developing content strategies, and managing online brand presence. Daily tasks include designing and scheduling posts, collaborating with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines, and analyzing engagement metrics to improve content performance. The role also requires staying updated on trends to create innovative and trend-relevant content.

Qualifications

• Social media content creation and strategy development skills, including familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and other major platforms
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills to produce high-quality visuals
• Strong writing skills for captions, storytelling, and brand communication
• Experience in analyzing performance metrics, including engagement and reach data
• Cultural awareness and the ability to identify and leverage evolving social media trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Familiarity with photography and videography, an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
