The Role
You'll own Orange Sugar's social presence — end to end. From ideating and shooting Reels to reading the numbers and iterating fast, you'll be the creative engine behind one of India's most loved kidswear brands. You'll work closely with the founding team, have real creative autonomy, and see your work go live in front of hundreds of thousands of millennial parents.
What You'll Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, carousels, and Stories — from brief to publish
- Build and execute a monthly content calendar aligned to product launches, brand moments, and seasonal trends
- Create and iterate Meta ad creatives in collaboration with the marketing team — performance-first, brand-true
- Grow and engage our community of moms — managing DMs, comments, polls, and Q&As with warmth and brand voice
- Identify, brief, and manage micro-influencer and creator collaborations
- Stay ahead of Instagram trends, mom creator culture, and conversations in Indian kidswear
Who We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation or social media — a personal page you've grown counts just as much as a formal role
- Sharp eye for what performs on Instagram
- Comfortable on camera; face-led content is a definite bonus
- Solid editing skills — Reels-ready workflows using CapCut, InShot, or similar
- Clear, empathetic writing — you can speak to a mom without sounding like a brand
- Comfortable reading basic analytics and using them to adjust your approach
