The Role
You'll own the creative pipeline for our performance marketing — from concept to script to production — at a pace of 100+ new ad creatives per week. You'll work with freelance creators, an agency, and in-house editors to keep a constant flow of high-performing Meta ads. Every creative you ship gets measured within days.
What You'll Do
- Own the production of 100+ creatives per week across UGC, human skits, AI-generated, and faceless formats
- Build and maintain a hook/angle/format template system for rapid ideation
- Manage freelance creators across various regions and work with video editors — brief, review, give feedback, hit deadlines
- Manage agency output — brief, review, push for quality
- QC every creative before launch
- Analyse competitor ads and trending content to inform creative direction
- Discover and onboard new creators
- Join a weekly creative review with the performance marketing manager to align on what's working, what's fatiguing, and what to produce next
What We Need
- 2-4 years in performance creative / growth marketing, with a portfolio of short-form video ads you've conceptualized or directed
- Can write scripts at volume — 10 concepts a day, knowing most may fail
- Experience managing freelance creators or a small creative team
- Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and thumb-stopping first 3 seconds
- Fluent in Hindi
Strong Pluses
- Fintech or Bharat-audience experience
- Comfort with AI tools (Veo3, Runway, HeyGen, CapCut) and LLMs for ideation
- Can read a performance dashboard and connect CPA/CTR to creative decisions
