This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator, based in Pune. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, writing, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks will involve creating and managing social media campaigns, crafting visually appealing posts, developing innovative strategies to enhance audience engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content. Collaboration with designers and marketers to align content with brand voice and goals will also be an integral part of this role.

• Proficiency in creating high-quality content, including copywriting, captions, and blog posts
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and their tools, such as post scheduling and analytics
• Strong skills in visual content creation, graphic design, and basic photography or photo editing
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
• Creativity and an eye for detail to produce visually cohesive and appealing content
• Ability to analyze performance data and recommend actionable improvements
• Effective communication skills and collaboration capabilities
• Familiarity with crafting content related to arts, crafts, or lifestyle is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is desirable
