About UsiGuru Immigration helps individuals achieve their dream of studying, working, and settling abroad. We are scaling aggressively and need a Social Media & Content Creator who can deliver measurable growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage & grow our social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Create & execute campaigns that directly lead to growth in subscribers/followers.
- Shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content (reels, shorts, vlogs, testimonials).
- Design professional creatives, posts, and infographics.
- Write blogs, captions, and scripts optimized for SEO & engagement.
- Identify trending formats to achieve viral reach.
- Conduct on-site video shoots at our office for campaigns/testimonials.
- Track analytics and present monthly growth reports.
Growth Targets (first 12 months)
- Instagram: Grow followers to 100K+
- YouTube: Grow channel to 50K+ subscribers
- Facebook: Reach 50K+ followers
- LinkedIn: Grow company page to 25K+ followers

Requirements- Proven track record of achieving 100K+ followers/subscribers growth for brands or personal pages.
- Strong video shooting & editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Deep knowledge of algorithms, hashtags, growth hacks, and paid ads.
- Strong communication & storytelling skills.
Preferred- Portfolio/case studies with before & after growth numbers.
- Experience in immigration, education, or services industry.
