You'll handle everything end to end:

Videos, reels, thumbnails, editing, design, posting, and content ideas.

The only objective: virality and growth.

We're looking for someone who understands Instagram, YouTube Shorts, hooks, trends, thumbnails, and what makes people stop scrolling.

You should be able to shoot, edit, design, post, and manage content independently.

Prior experience helps. Strong proof of work matters more.
