We're looking for a Social Media Lead & Content Creator - Podcast & Personal Brand who understands how content actually works on the internet.

Not paid ads. Not hacks. Not jargon.

Content. Hooks. Storytelling. Resonance.

If you get why some reels stop the scroll and others don't.. you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading our Instagram content - from ideation to execution

• Managing and publishing podcast content across Instagram & YouTube

• Identifying strong hooks and turning conversations into high-performing Reels

• Working closely with the editor to shape content, not just cut it

• Writing sharp, engaging captions and titles

• Contributing ideas for the founder's personal brand and original content

• Experimenting with formats and continuously improving what works

Simple in theory. Powerful in execution.

What we're looking for:

• Someone who understands organic growth through content (not just ads or digital marketing)

• Strong instinct for hooks, storytelling, and relatable content

• Someone who actively consumes high-quality English content (Instagram & YouTube)

• Good written and spoken English communication skills

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in content/social media

• Someone who thinks, takes ownership, and brings ideas - not just executes tasks

• Someone who consumes fashion / lifestyle / self growth content on youtube and Instagram

• Someone who understands what's the psychology behind reshare button on Instagram ( resonating content )

Work Hours & Compensation:

In-person at MatteBox Studios, Velachery (Chennai)

5 days a week (full-time role)

Not a freelance / hybrid role

Compensation: Based on experience and skill level. Open for the right candidate.
