Role OverviewWe are looking for a video-first content creator, not a traditional writer.
Your primary job is to create high-performing short-form video content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Paid Ads content that drives attention, engagement, and conversions.
If you enjoy shooting, scripting, editing, experimenting, and even being on camera, this role is for you.
What You'll DoCreate short-form videos for Reels / Shorts / Ads (product, story, problem-solution, before-after, expert, etc.)
Shoot content at stores, customer homes, and studio setups
Write simple, sharp video scripts (not long copy)
Edit videos optimized for performance & retention
Work closely with founders, growth, and design team
Experiment constantly hooks, formats, storytelling, conversion content
Occasionally appear on camera / direct shoots
What We're Looking ForVideo-first thinker (not blog/content writer mindset)
Comfortable shooting on phone / camera
Basic editing skills (Premiere / CapCut / VN / etc.)
Strong instinct for what works on social media
Not camera shy
Fast, experimental, builder mindset
Bonus: Experience in D2C / performance content / ads
