Role OverviewWe're looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator who can take an editorial plan and turn it into consistent, high-quality content across platforms—posted manually, written persuasively, and improved through market awareness and new ideas.
You'll work closely with our team and coordinate with a video editor to keep production smooth and output on schedule.
What You'll Do- Manually publish content on our social platforms (posting, formatting, scheduling, checks).
- Write high-converting captions using persuasive copywriting and storytelling.
- Review our editorial plan with a market lens and propose + develop new content ideas (hooks, angles, formats).
- Script and design educational carousels (structure + copy + Canva execution).
- Create faceless educational Reels (script + on-screen text + simple production).
- Create Stories in Canva (templates, sequences, CTAs).
- Write LinkedIn posts tailored to a professional audience (clear value + strong positioning).
- Coordinate with our video editor (briefing, priorities, assets, revisions, deadlines).
Required Skills- Proven experience in copywriting, persuasive writing, and storytelling (portfolio required).
- Strong Canva skills: images, carousels, story sequences, clean layout and visual hierarchy.
- High creativity with a practical mindset (you generate ideas and execute them).
- Comfortable creating faceless educational Reels (on-camera not required).
- Strong English writing (and Italian is a plus, if applicable).
- Reliability and operational discipline: you hit deadlines and keep output consistent.
Nice to Have- Experience with content for education/coaching, personal brands, or service businesses.
- Basic analytics mindset: you track what works and iterate (retention, saves, shares, CTR).
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn best practices.
- Basic knowledge of the Italian language (not mandatory)
