Role Description:-

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Social Media Content Creator based in Asansol. The role involves ideating, creating, and managing social media content across various platforms. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, monitoring trends and engagement, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with other teams to align content with overall marketing goals. The Social Media Content Creator will also contribute to branding efforts by crafting innovative and engaging posts, videos, and graphics.

Qualifications:-

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Copywriting skills
• Ability to design social media strategies and analyze campaign performance
• Familiarity with Graphic Design tools, Video Editing, and Multimedia Content Production
• Understanding audience behavior and social media trends
• Strong communication skills and collaboration experience with marketing teams
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Experience working in digital marketing or content creation; education in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of IT systems and industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
