Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and creative content tailored to various social media platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing accounts, creating and scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategy, and staying up to date with trends to enhance audience engagement. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will shape and amplify our brand's voice across platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficient in social media content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video editing tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in social media strategy, including channel-specific content planning, audience engagement, and trend analysis.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to track social media performance, generate reports, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and creativity, with attention to detail and the ability to convey brand voice effectively.
- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to a hybrid work model, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media marketing tools, such as scheduling platforms, and understanding of SEO basics is a plus.
