Job Summary

We're seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator with strong communication skills, hands-on experience managing social media channels, and solid content writing ability. You'll support the marketing operations of our organization by handling day-to-day social media activities, coordinating content with our graphic designer, and ensuring consistent brand presence across platforms.

This role combines social media management, content writing, basic SEO tasks, and email marketing support, with opportunities to contribute to broader marketing projects during quieter periods. Full-time availability during EST (Canada) hours is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, groups, and pages) to increase visibility, engagement, and traffic.
  • Build, maintain, and grow social media & LinkedIn connections to enhance the brand's online presence.
  • Plan, write, and organize all content including posts, captions, emailers, blogs, and website copy.
  • Coordinate closely with the graphic designer to ensure timely creation of visuals aligned with the content calendar.
  • Work with internal team members to maintain consistency and support ongoing campaigns.
  • Write and publish blogs on relevant topics aligned with SEO strategy.
  • Conduct keyword and topic research to optimize blogs, website pages, and social content.
  • Create and manage HubSpot email campaigns including newsletters, updates & nurturing sequences.
  • Monitor and analyze email performance to maximize open rates and CTR.
  • Track and report marketing metrics such as social engagement, website traffic, and email performance.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms and content formats.
  • Provide recommendations to improve content quality, campaign performance, and engagement.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes to guide strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media handling, or content coordination.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) including group/page management.
  • Proven experience in content writing (posts, captions, blogs, emailers).
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/email marketing tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO & keyword research tools.
  • Strong coordination skills to work with graphic designers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Knowledge of paid campaign management or landing page optimization is a plus.
  • Full-time availability and comfort working EST (Canada) night shift.
