Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategy-driven Social Media & Content Strategist who can plan, execute, and scale content across social platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of short-form content, audience psychology, and growth-led social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Planning & Calendar Management
  • Create 15-day and monthly content calendars
  • Define content formats including Reels, Static posts, Carousels, Shorts, and Clips
  • Develop topic-wise content ideas aligned with brand voice and audience needs
  • Identify target emotions for content (relatable, thought-provoking, inspiring, conversational)
2. Content Strategy & Buckets
  • Define and manage 45 content buckets, including:
  • Podcast clips
  • Life advice / real talk
  • Youth-centric issues and struggles
  • Quotes and short monologues
  • Behind-the-scenes and personal thought-led content
  • Ensure variety, consistency, and alignment across all content buckets
3. Hooks, Captions & Copywriting
  • Create strong reel hooks for the first 23 seconds to drive retention
  • Write engaging captions in Hinglish (Tier 2/3 audience friendly)
  • Maintain a conversational and authentic brand tone
4. Posting & Distribution Strategy
  • Define ideal posting frequency across platforms
  • Identify best time slots based on audience behavior and platform trends
  • Ensure consistent and timely publishing of content
5. Growth & Performance Thinking
  • Develop content strategies to reach new audiences and improve discoverability
  • Build brand recall and consistency through repeatable formats and messaging
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as views, reach, saves, shares, comments, and engagement rate
  • Optimize content based on insights and performance trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media trends
  • Experience with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to think emotionally and strategically about content
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience in content analytics and growth optimization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in creator-led or personal brand accounts
