This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Client Servicing Executive located in the Kolkata metropolitan area.
The Social Media Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing top-notch customer service, presenting social media strategies, and ensuring clients social media campaigns are executed successfully.
Daily tasks include client interactions, account management, and developing and presenting client reports and updates.
Qualifications
The candidate should have Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management skills of minimum 1 year to 3 years .
Knowledge in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is mandatory
Ability to create and deliver impactful Presentations and reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience in digital marketing or social media agencies is a plus
