This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Business Strategist located in Gurugram. The Social Media Business Strategist will oversee the creation and execution of strategies across various social platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. Key responsibilities include crafting and optimizing content strategies, managing social media campaigns, analyzing metrics and performance, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The strategist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and effective communication across all social channels.

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and managing various social media platforms.
• Proficient in developing and implementing Content Strategies tailored to target audiences.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and engaging with audiences effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze social media metrics and data to optimize strategies.
• Experience with digital tools and platforms for managing social media campaigns is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
