Role Overview
- We are looking for a Social Media Brand Manager who can take full ownership of brand deal execution after closure.
- This is not a basic coordination role. You will be responsible for ensuring that every collaboration runs smoothly from brief to final delivery and payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle brand deals after closure (end-to-end execution)
- Create and manage client communication (WhatsApp groups, updates, follow-ups)
- Coordinate with scriptwriters, editors, and the internal team
- Review scripts and ensure they align with content performance standards
- Communicate with brands for approvals, feedback, and revisions
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple deals
- Ensure smooth execution from script → edit → final post
- Share final deliverables and track payment follow-ups
- Assist in basic outreach (Instagram DM/email) when required
Requirements
- Strong English & Hindi communication
- Experience in influencer marketing/brand collaborations preferred
- Good understanding of Instagram & YouTube content workflow
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to handle client pressure and revisions
