Social Media & Brand Growth Manager

Blask Beauty is a premium skincare brand in its growth phase. We are looking for a full-time Social

Media & Brand Growth Manager who can own content, execution, and brand presence with

accountability and clarity.

This opportunity is for someone ready to grow early, take real responsibility, and shape both the

brand's journey and their own future.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly social media strategy and planning

Weekly content calendars aligned with brand goals

Creation of reels, feed posts, carousels, and stories

Mobile-first content shooting when required

Video editing and performance-focused short-form content

Ability to manage AI-based image generation tools

Ability to create AI-based video generation content and short-form videos

Experience in creating animated videos (motion graphics, text animations, transitions)

Hands-on experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Canva

Capability to handle multi-layer creatives and multiple visual elements within a single asset

Caption writing, CTAs, hashtag strategy

Posting, comment moderation, and DM management

Understanding traffic psychology and content performance

Weekly performance reviews and monthly improvement reports

Maintaining premium skincare brand tone and compliance

Mandatory Experience

Prior experience with skincare, cosmetic, or beauty brands

Strong understanding of brand-building and growth content

Proven portfolio with live accounts and real executions

Ability to work independently and take ownership

Clear understanding of skincare communication standards

Profiles looking to learn basics after joining

Work Structure

Full-time position only

Remote initially

Mandatory in-office work in Bangalore in the future

Occasional weekend shoots or campaign launches
