Social Media Associate

Location: Powai, Mumbai, India (On-Site and only Mumbai-based candidates)

Role Overview

SDA Bocconi Asia Center is looking for a Social Media Associate to manage content execution across social platforms and support video-first storytelling initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, short-form content, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage day-to-day social media execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Schedule and publish content calendars
• Monitor engagement and audience interactions

Video & Content Production

• Assist in shooting and editing:
• reels
• event videos
• faculty/student/alumni snippets
• campus content
• Coordinate with content and creative teams for asset development

Content Amplification

• Repurpose webinars, events, and sessions into social-first content
• Support campaign amplification through engaging visual storytelling

Reporting & Trends

• Track social media performance metrics
• Stay updated with platform trends and formats

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media/content creation
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and video-first content formats
• Strong execution and coordination skills
