Role- Social Media Associate

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media.

Someone who notices reels before they trend.

Someone who screenshots content ideas at random moments.

Someone who understands why one hook gets 50 views and another gets 5 million.

Someone who can turn a simple product insight into a conversation people want to share.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk. We're looking for a creative, culturally aware and execution-focused Social Media Associate to help grow Nat Habit's social presence, engage our community, and bring our brand stories to life every day.

What you'll do

• Plan, create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Work closely with the creative, content and brand teams to execute the monthly social media calendar.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, story copy and community posts that reflect Nat Habit's voice and values.
• Stay on top of social trends, creator content, memes, beauty conversations and platform updates to identify opportunities for the brand.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement by responding to comments, DMs and customer conversations.
• Coordinate with influencers and creators for content execution and campaign support.
• Track content performance, prepare regular reports and derive actionable insights.
• Support product launches, campaigns, seasonal moments and brand initiatives through social-first content ideas.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify emerging trends across beauty, wellness and Ayurveda.

You're a great fit if...

• You have 1-2 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing.
• You have a strong understanding of Instagram, short-form video content and social media culture.
• You instinctively know what makes people stop, save, share and comment.
• You can write sharp, conversational copy with cultural relevance.
• You love beauty, wellness, Ayurveda, self-care or consumer brands.
• You are curious, proactive and full of ideas.
• You care as much about execution as ideation.
• You can spot a trend early and know when to ignore one.
