You'll play a key part in planning campaigns, building our online community, analyzing performance, and staying ahead of social media trends, all while embodying our brand's voice and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Craft engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms that drives engagement.
• Campaign Execution: Collaborate to plan and execute campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate conversation, and acquire leads.
• Community Management: Build online relationships by managing comments and direct messages, ensuring timely and authentic interactions.
• Performance Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics and trends, reporting on performance to inform strategy adjustments.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Brand Advocacy: Ensure all content reflects and reinforces the brand's voice and values.

Qualifications

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in social media.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• High level of creativity and self-motivation; able to take ideas from conception to completion.
• Interest in fitness and self-improvement (bonus points).
