Job Summary:
Lung Care Foundation is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Associate to manage and grow our social media platforms. The selected candidate will create engaging content, increase audience interaction, and help strengthen our online presence through planned social media activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage social media content as per organizational goals.
- Create content for posts, graphics, reels, stories, and short videosfor Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Handle daily posting, scheduling, and replying to comments and messages.
- Track social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Support online promotion of campaigns, events, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content and campaign updates.
- Prepare simple monthly reports on social media performance.
- Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in social media management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with NGOs, healthcare, or public health organizations.
- Understanding of paid social media promotions.
- Creative thinking and new ideas for content.
