The founders (Sudha Gogineni and Veda Gogineni) are graduates from IIT Kharagpur and ISB with a multitude of experience across multinational companies & startups, such as Uber, Meesho, Deutsche Bank, ITC.

Job Summary:

Earthful is looking for a hands-on Social Media Assistant who is a true hustler - someone who can figure things out, move fast, and get projects done. From organizing shoots and production to managing communities and campaigns, this role is for someone who thrives in execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location : Full-time, On-site, Mumbai Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Move fast to figure production, props, logistics, and on-ground requirements for shoots and activations.
• Manage and grow social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) including content, community engagement, and collaborations.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, performance marketers, and external agencies to get assets delivered on time.
• Run and manage communities (e.g., programs like our menopause internship) and keep them active and engaged.
• Contribute to creative ideation, trend research, and new format experimentation.
• Track campaign performance and share simple, actionable insights with the team.
• Maintain marketing calendars, content pipelines, and project trackers.

Skill sets:

• 0.5-1 year of work experience
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic design or editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and experiment.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup or dynamic environment.
