We're hiring a hands-on social media content creator who plans, creates, films, edits, and publishes content end to end.
This is a maker role, not management. You will be creating the work yourself.
You'll work across at least four founder-led brands:
- Transcending Monkeys digital growth, media, AI
- Space Penguin workspaces, places, community
- CURAETR art, culture, meaningful objects
- Travel Brand
What You'll Do
- Create and publish original content across:
- Instagram / Meta (primary)
- Reels & short-form video
- YouTube (long-form + Shorts where relevant)
- Linked In
- Generate original content ideas rooted in storytelling and taste (not trends or templates)
- Film and edit video independently (phone-first is fine)
Create:
- Short-form social video optimised for Instagram
- Location-led and story-driven content (especially for Space Penguin)
- Founder-led and voice-driven content
- Repurpose long-form video into high-quality short-form assets
- Write clear, human captions and hooks
- Use AI only as a support tool, not a source of ideas
- Learn from performance and iterate while maintaining originality

What You'll Need
- Proven experience creating original social video content (Instagram-focused)
