Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Summary
We're looking for a hands-on Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist who can execute, optimise, and own campaigns not just plan or post.
You will work on:
- Irizpro's AI training programs & AI products (primary)
- Select client marketing accounts (execution support)
This is a 6-month full-time contract role, with potential conversion to permanent based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Manage lead generation, retargeting & conversions
- Execute social media content for Instagram & LinkedIn
- Track CPL, ROAS, cohort fill rate, and campaign performance
- Support execution for select client accounts (no sales or pitching)
- Share weekly performance updates and insights
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a sales or client acquisition role
- Not influencer or agency coordination
- Not a strategy-only or posting-only role
This is a pure execution + optimisation role.
Ideal Candidate
- 13years of hands-on social media & performance marketing experience
- Strong Meta Ads experience (mandatory)
- Experience with courses, digital products, or SME brands preferred
- Execution-first, data-driven mindset
Compensation
- 15,000 25,000 per month (fixed)
- Performance incentives may be added
