PROFILE- SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT EXECUTIVE

LOCATION-KAROL BAGH DELHI

MODE- ONSITE(6 DAYS)

Experience: Fresher/less than 2 years of experience.

Academic requirement: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field

Job Overview: As a Social Media & Content Executive, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content across various marketing channels, as well as managing the company's social media presence. Your role is to attract and engage the target audience, drive brand awareness, and contribute to the overall marketing and communication strategies of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content for marketing collateral, including blogs, articles, website copy, emails etc.

Craft persuasive and clear messaging that aligns with the brand's voice, values, and target audience.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.

2. Social Media Strategy:

Formulate and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with marketing objectives and target audience.

Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely postings across all channels. 3. Community Management:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms promptly and professionally.

Engage with the audience, build relationships, and address inquiries or concerns in a positive and helpful manner.

Foster a sense of community and encourage user-generated content and interactions.

4. Content Promotion:

Promote marketing content through social media channels to increase visibility and reach.

Utilize social media advertising and sponsored posts to amplify content and reach targeted audiences.

Monitor the performance of promoted content and adjust strategies as needed.

5. Social Media Analytics:

Utilize social media monitoring tools to track engagement, sentiment, and audience insights.

Analyze social media data and provide regular reports on performance and key metrics to inform future strategies.

6. Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing content and social media platforms. Adhere to brand guidelines and uphold the brand's reputation in all communications.

7. Cross-Channel Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with marketing, design, and communication teams to align content and social media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.

Coordinate campaigns and promotional activities to optimize the impact of marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.

Proven experience as a content writer and social media executive.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

Working knowledge in SEO principles and keyword research for content optimization.

In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.

Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate compelling content ideas.

Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and content performance.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
