Alike is a social travel marketplace revolutionizing how people share, discover, plan, and book travel experiences. It connects global travelers with travel content creators, enabling them to explore unique experiences, plan trips easily, and book experiences all on one platform. For content creators, Alike provides opportunities to earn income through personalized online studios and revenue sharing from bookings influenced by their content. Focused on enhancing travel for all, Alike aims to disrupt the traditional travel industry by fostering connection and inspiration.

Role Description

You will support Alike's social media, creator, and community initiatives across platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, digital storytelling, creators, and viral-first content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Research emerging trends, formats, and music across India, UAE, and UK audiences.
  • Assist in planning and managing the content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, X,
  • and Facebook.
  • Contribute ideas, hooks, scripts, and briefs for reels, carousels, static posts, and shorts.
  • Support content scheduling and ensure timely publishing.
  • Maintain and organize asset libraries, tagging high-performing content for reuse
  • Research and shortlist relevant influencers, creators, and brand partners (domestic &

global).

  • Assist with outreach, database management, and response tracking.
  • Coordinate with creators to ensure timely and quality content delivery.
  • Conduct basic creator vetting (engagement quality, authenticity, relevance).

Community & Reputation

  • Assist in managing communities across Instagram, WhatsApp/FB groups, and niche

channels.

  • Engage with audiences via comments, DMs, UGC encouragement, and referral

initiatives.

  • Monitor brand mentions and reviews; draft initial ORM responses and escalate when

required.

  • Support outreach for passes, review programs, and travel storytellers.

On Ground & Production Support

  • Assist in planning and executing brand/creator shoots (logistics, schedules, call sheets).
  • Support on-ground events, activations, and community initiatives when required.

Requirements

Who Should Apply

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Post-Graduation in Marketing, Communication,

Media, or related field (or relevant project experience).

  • Strong interest in social media trends, travel storytelling, and the creator ecosystem.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with social analytics and publishing tools is a plus.
