We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and hands-on Social Media and Communication Manager to lead our digital presence and brand communication. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment (preferably in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 city) and has independently managed social media for luxury brands. This role calls for a generalist mindset with exposure across content, communication, design, and marketing
Skills required Understanding of the Instagram algorithm, visual and messaging direction.

Roles & Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Strategize, plan, and oversee execution of a comprehensive social media calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Ensure platform-wise consistency in tone, visuals, and brand storytelling
- Track performance, insights, and continuously optimize content
Content & Creative Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end content creation including graphics, videos, and copy across social media, paid ads, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and website
- Own and review copy across all mediums website, social, paid campaigns, emailers, WhatsApp communication, and SEO-related content
- Guide creative direction while coordinating with designers, videographers, and agencies
Property Shoots & On-ground Execution
- Oversee property shoots including conceptualization, creative direction, vendor management, on-ground supervision, and post-production coordination
Influencer & Campaign Management
- Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end: outreach, communication, hosting coordination, and execution
- Ensure a smooth influencer experience and measurable brand outcomes (stories, posts, reviews, reach, engagement)
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, especially for hospitality and luxury brands
Communication & Brand Experience
- Own guest and homeowner communication across WhatsApp and Email, ensuring timely, professional, and on-brand responses
- Strategize and execute hamper ideation and delivery for homeowners and guests
Preferred Background
- Atleast 4 years of hands-on social media experience with strong personal content creation exposure (own Instagram/YouTube preferred)
- Experience working with luxury or hospitality brands
- Startup experience with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable collaborating across functions design, content, marketing, operations
