We're looking for a Social Media & Ads Executive who can support the planning and execution of client marketing activities across social media, Meta Ads, and creative coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing day-to-day execution while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client coordination for assigned accounts.
  • Understand client requirements, gather inputs, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Track campaign performance, budgets, audience targeting, and creative effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to ensure creatives are developed as per campaign and content needs.
  • Support social media ideation, content planning, and posting for client accounts.
  • Assist in building monthly content calendars in coordination with the internal team.
  • Ensure timely posting, content scheduling, and follow-up on approvals and deliverables.
  • Work closely with content, design, and social media teams to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Prepare basic performance updates and reports for ads and social media activities.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, engagement, and execution processes.
  • Maintain organised records of account activity, approvals, and campaign status.

Additional Skills

  • Contribute ideas for reels, static posts, campaign themes, and monthly content buckets.
  • Support creative briefing by clearly communicating design and content requirements to internal teams.
  • Assist in improving content flow, platform relevance, and campaign execution across accounts.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure faster turnaround and smoother delivery of creatives and posts.
  • Bring a proactive mindset to suggest fresh ideas for social media and paid campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, Meta Ads, and digital marketing, preferably in an agency setup.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, boosting, targeting, and reporting.
  • Good understanding of social media content planning, posting workflows, and platform trends.
  • Strong client communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts in a structured and organised manner.
  • Comfortable with briefing and coordinating graphic design requirements.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic reporting and analytical skills to track campaign and content performance.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, project management tools, and social media scheduling platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms for content ideation, research, and workflow support.
  • Ability to write effective prompts and use AI tools efficiently for marketing execution and creative coordination.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with teams.

Salary Range

4L 5L per annum (based on experience and skills)
