This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Social Media Ads Analyst. The role involves developing and managing social media ad campaigns across various platforms, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to achieve marketing goals. The analyst will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance audience engagement, prepare performance reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. The role also requires staying updated on social media trends and best practices to drive impactful results.

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret social media campaign performance metrics
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Networking to craft and optimize impactful ad campaigns
• Experience in Social Media Measurement to track, analyze, and report effectiveness of ad strategies
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and conveying campaign insights
• Familiarity with various social media platforms, tools, and trends
