Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media & Admin Executive who can manage our digital presence while supporting day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires creativity, organization, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
  • Coordinate with internal teams for creatives & updates
  • Monitor engagement, messages, and audience interactions
  • Track performance and suggest improvements
  • Assist in employer branding & marketing initiatives

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate office-related activities & vendor management
  • Maintain records, documentation, and reports
  • Assist in internal communications & coordination
  • Support HR / operations when required
  • Manage basic data tracking & spreadsheets

Required Skills

  • Experience in social media management / digital marketing
  • Good understanding of content creation & branding
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organizational & multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic design tools knowledge (Canva, etc.) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar hybrid role
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
