About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Social Media Account Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital agency. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and excellent communicator who can manage multiple clients, campaigns, and timelines while delivering strong results across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding digital campaign management and performance updates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing consistent communication and strategic support.
- Develop and implement customized digital strategies based on client goals, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Plan, suggest, and oversee digital projects and campaigns aimed at improving customer ROI.
- Manage web content and SEO strategies to boost search engine rankings and drive traffic.
- Present and articulate social media strategies clearly and effectively to clients.
- Report on web analytics, social media performance, and Google Ads metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in a digital agency.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end social media and digital campaigns for brands.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; able to juggle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and converting it into actionable insights.
- Up-to-date with current social media trends, platform algorithms, and advertising strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of breaking down complex data for clients.
- Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
