Job Description

We are looking for a Social Listening Analyst to monitor digital conversations, track brand sentiment, and identify emerging trends that may impact brand reputation. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from online conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse online conversations across platforms
  • Track brand sentiment and identify potential risks or opportunities
  • Build and optimise Boolean queries for effective listening
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare reports and share timely updates with stakeholders

Key Skills:

  • Social Listening / Online Reputation Management (ORM)
  • Boolean Query Building
  • Sentiment Analysis and Trend Identification
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, or Talkwalker
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

Experience:

  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience

Work Details:

  • 5-day work week
  • Rotational shifts and rotational week offs
  • Hybrid work model
