We are looking for a Social Listening Analyst to monitor digital conversations, track brand sentiment, and identify emerging trends that may impact brand reputation. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from online conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse online conversations across platforms
- Track brand sentiment and identify potential risks or opportunities
- Build and optimise Boolean queries for effective listening
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Prepare reports and share timely updates with stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Social Listening / Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Boolean Query Building
- Sentiment Analysis and Trend Identification
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, or Talkwalker
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience:
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience
